Name: Jake Karambit
Age: Unknown
Ability/Power: Cellular Regeneration
Power enables user to heal almost instantly from any wound. Can be used to survive indefinitely, although if removed the body will act as if it has never had an immune system.
Short Bio:
Jake Karambit was teleported back in time by a friend that felt he had been wronged, and took his revenge. Unfortunately for Jake he was unable to exact revenge, as the effort of moving someone that far back in time killed his former friend seconds after doing so.
In the end Jake changed his name, and amassed a huge amount of wealth, investing in companies he knew would succeed. By the time he returned to his present time he was a changed man, hence the new name. Unlike Adam Munroe, time tempered his mind, rather than twisting it, and as such Jake is a much wiser man than most. In addition he has traveled VERY extensively and learned a great deal from a great deal. His talents include; medicine, the warrior disciplines, wisdom, and being able to push the buttons of anyone around him if he so desires.
Cybercast: Hugh Jackman
Sample Paragraph:
Jake Karambit smiled at the woman with jet black hair. He stood as she approached, modifying extremely out-dated courtesies into a much more presentable form befitting the current era. Jake bent slightly at the waist and neck, forming a very gradual, but noticeable forward curve to his posture.
Before the woman could speak, the hired group began performing a tango, thus setting the entire room moving. "Evening Ma'am. Would you care to dance?" Jake queried, catching the woman off-guard. She agreed hesitantly. "Come now Ms. Rojas, you cannot tell me your father did not teach you, as he himself so enjoys the dance."
A wicked smile fleetingly crossed the face of Ms. Rojas as she said "Indeed Mr. Karambit, but few are capable of keeping up."
Jake simply nodded.
"My dear, so few women can last longer than the stamina and strength I possess. I will take your challenge."
"I fear for your health Mr. Karambit."
"Ms. Rojas, not only will I outlast you here, in five hours you will lay naked and exhausted in my room."
The same wicked smile made its presence known on Ms. Rojas' shapely face. Soon the two were dancing the night away, and later Mr. Karambit's prediction did come true, although he himself was exhausted as well. Together they slept under sheets that smelled of rose oil.
